Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with your tracking details (if available).
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may also offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, it may be returned to us.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
Drivora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
