At Drivora, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on your payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
